Total GMA investment volumes in 2019 increased by an impressive 22.2%, totalling $7.6 billion, while the number of transactions increased by 4.1%.

There was a noticeable increase in Montreal office investment opportunities in 2019, which resulted in a 17.3% increase of transactions and almost doubled the price volume from $1.1 billion in 2018 to $2.1 billion in 2019.
