Over a half of respondents (56%) visited a shopping centre at least once since the lifting of restrictions on 4th May 2020. 1/5 of respondents who visited a shopping centre after 4th May 2020 did it 4 times or more. Poles enthusiastically, although gradually, are returning to their habits related to shopping centres. The survey has demonstrated that their visits are intentional and shopping-oriented, whilst the food and beverage offer and an aspect of spending free time in shopping centres both now play a secondary role. It is expected that once the frequently mentioned feeling of safety solidifies among consumers in the coming weeks, clients will be returning to their former habits, and consequently, shopping centres will regain their social role.
